GSM Academy does not provide placement services. However, GSM Academy has partnered with SpireTM (www.spire2grow.com) to provide talent and competency assessment services to the AMPGS participants after the completion of their 16-month program.
Under this initiative, the interested participants will be qualitatively yet objectively assessed for their management competencies and potential, and will be advised on the companies that are likely to need candidates with matching potential. The assessment process will include discussions, interviews, case studies and role plays. Subsequently, a specific and objective assessment report will be created for the participant. This report could be reviewed by companies for appropriate senior and executive management roles offered by them. Alternatively, participants can also use these reports for independent circulation for any relevant opportunities.
